Kahidlaw Café was born from a simple dream: to create a tranquil haven where people can unwind, reconnect, and enjoy quality food and coffee. Nestled in the mountains of Angono, Rizal. The café was established as a place to slow down, savor the moment, and embrace the peace that nature offers.
The name Kahidlaw, A Visayan term for longing or yearning as it reflects the soul of the café. It embodies the emotional pull of home, nature, and the comfort of familiar tastes and memories.
At Kahidlaw Café, we carefully source our coffee beans from the highlands of Vietnam, known for producing some of the world’s most distinctive and flavorful beans.
We selected Vietnamese beans for their bold character, smooth finish, and rich aroma.
Once delivered to Angono, the beans are roasted and processed in-house, ensuring freshness, quality control, and a roast profile that perfectly suits our signature blends.
We take pride in crafting each cup from bean to brew.
All our coffee is roasted on-site, allowing us to fine-tune flavors and bring out the best in every batch.
